    Pros: Easy use, via QR code and smartphone.
    NDA can be added and signed, and printed out.
    Visitors can be announced prior to their visit.

    Cons: If a visitor is announced, his data is not shown to him when using the tablet.
    A visitor who already signed a NDA hast to sign the NDA again on his next visit.
    When a visitor left and forgot to sign out, I can sign him out, but I cannot set the time he left.
    When a visitor comes for e.g. a whole week, he needs to sign 5 NDAs, he gets 5 badges, one for every day, so just one badge for the whole week would be fine.

    Overall: Easy to use, it would be nice to be able to select different printers, eg at the back entrance to our office building.

    Pros: Great ease of use with a profound user interface.
    The notification of a visitor via email is very useful, it makes the employee whom the visitor is visiting aware that his guest has arrived.
    Easy and quick to use to clock in and out for employees
    Provides delivery management resources such as delivery notifications, package delivery photos and a log of delivered mails.

    Cons: There is not much customization option available, which would have been great to make the system fit the business' needs.

    Overall: Overall it is great tool which provides a visitor system that can be centrally managed and updated as needed. Also, makes it easy to keep track of the employees.

    Pros: Its simplicity is its strength!
    No local data; everything is stored on the cloud.

    Cons: Would be fine, if it possible to schedule an automatic anonymization of the visitors list.
    More attention on the European laws.
    The lack in the app to run settings that are made through the web.

    Pros: Reliably works, and does what's needed.
    Phone companion app is handy during the pandemic so people don't need to touch the iPad.

    Cons: Active directory / Office 365 is a very expensive add-on.

    Overall: Works well, just a little bit expensive considering the features. I suspect the value proposition improves the larger your site is.

    Pros: SwipedOn is very easy to use by employees and visitors. IT helped us to digitalize visiting registration and helped us to achieve employees security by being able to identify who is at the office or not in case of an evacuation. Visitors and suppliers find it very easy to use and always compliment it efficiency.

    Cons: The area related to employees check-in and check-out in my opinion should be more restricted and not allowing anyone using the app the ability to check-in / check-out any employee. In my opinion every employee should have his/her own pin and they are only allowed to check-in/out themselves.

    Overall: SwipedOn is a very useful application that allows you to reduce paper work and be more green and reduce carbon footprint.

    Pros: Reliable. Accessible. Effective. Works as advertised. Once it is set up it works with minimal 'IT' maintenance.

    Cons: It took a bit to work through the processes and understand how it works.
    It would be great if the cost of additional locations / devices was not so expensive. We have multiple entry points to the same building, but can't justify the expense of adding additional devices in the same building - kind of like Swiped-On-Pocket, but for the building.

    Overall: The product is great, the support is great. We recommend it as a great solution for building access awareness & control.

    Pros: So easy to set up and getting running same day, completely customizable and self managed , user friendly admin, employee and visitor interfaces, timely helpdesk and product support

    Cons: Visitor screen can time out if the visitor takes too long to enter their information

    Cons: Nothing really to speak of as it has operated well in the last 6 months.

    Pros: System is working fine and the people like it.

    Cons: If a visitor is stored in the system, and he is visiting again within a timeframe (e.g. one year) he shouldn't have to take a picture and the safety information and confirmation shouldn't appear again. It is already stored in the system, or isn't it?

    Pros: Flexibility of customization, ease of use, data collection on backend is good, ability to manage different areas such as visitors, contractors, freight, etc.

    Cons: There is no ability to add videos in which would be a nice feature. Also the ability to add an induction for contractors attending site would be great.

    Overall: Overall a very good system that does what it claims, is user friendly and easy for visitors to use.

    Pros: Email notifications to staff.
    Able to modify questions asked.
    Alerts staff if they answer a specific way i.e. Have they been unwell.
    Easy to add staff.
    Easy to add visitors online if something happens with hardware.

    Cons: I can't think of anything that I don't particularly like from this system.

    Overall: Easy to use. Great way of tracking who is coming and going from the office. It is in line with our ISO procedures.

    Pros: The ease of use. Having the app has been very useful for contactless recording of our employees. In the event of an evacuation, we can easily access our visitors log, without a physical book.

    Cons: While the employee app has been very useful, an admin app would be even more so. Our plant leaders have a difficult time logging in to the mobile site when we have practice evacuations.

    Overall: Our overall experience with the system has been excellent. It is leaps and bounds better than the physical log we used to keep. Some admin improvements would make it all the better.

    Pros: I don't have to get up for everyone that comes through the door. Makes my life easier. I like that they get their badge to wear right from the printer, So they're ready when the employee comes up to get them.

    Cons: Not sure that i have any. It doesn't have any issues that happen on a regular basis. The costumers don't seem to have problems with it.

    Overall: I like, It makes my job not so much of me having to get up and down they check in and pick who they want to visit. And the employee comes up to get their visitor.

    Pros: It meets all of our visitor registration needs. When COVID hit they were very quick to add support for touchless visitor registration and didn't charge extra for it.

    Their support is extremely responsive, professional and helpful.

    Cons: I think when we first signed up there were some minor details that I found confusing but I really can't remember what they were and they're long gone.

    Overall: This is great visitor registration software that's priced in a way that's attainable for smaller companies but seems like it would scale well for larger companies.

    Pros: The interface, the modern appearance, the ease of use, the initial impression that it gives to our visitors.

    Cons: Some features aren't applicable and wanting for our needs.
    I wish when it went off line it would notify the admin and when it went back online it would better align the visitors/entries to the dates.

    Overall: It is a good system, has solid customer support, gives a very good impression to all, is easy to use.

    Pros: We have had this application for several years now, and must say that it has evolved a lot. The team is always on the edge to update, modernise and improve the product. The application is intuitive both for front-end and back-end.

    Cons: The fixed QR code does not seem to work on our end.

    Overall: It's been a great product and valuable for our needs. The support staff is excellent, friendly and prompt with their answers. This company takes our suggestions seriously....they deliver.
