BigCommerce is an open ecommerce platform that helps businesses build, customize, launch, and scale online stores across B2C, B2B, international, and multi-storefront commerce. The platform supports storefront design, checkout, payments, inventory, shipping, promotions, product data, analytics, apps, integrations, and developer access. Businesses can launch quickly with visual tools or extend deeper with APIs, custom code, headless commerce, and composable architecture. BigCommerce also supports complex products, regulated selling, subscriptions, hybrid B2B and DTC models, and multiple storefronts from one system. The broader Commerce ecosystem includes Feedonomics for product feed management and Makeswift for visual site building. Built for growing brands, enterprises, developers, and ecommerce teams, BigCommerce helps companies create flexible shopping experiences without forcing them into a one-size-fits-all platform.
