Guest guide: a mobile guest guide for each property, opened by link or QR code with no app, plus a printable Welcome Book. Bookings: Airbnb, Vrbo and Booking.com calendars in one view, with possible double bookings flagged. Direct booking: the host's own booking page, including one page for all their places, with online payments. Cleaning: checklists with time-stamped photo proof. Add-ons: paid extras such as early check-in or late checkout that hosts sell to their own guests. Bookkeeping: income, expenses and profit across properties, plus co-host access. StayPerk is free to use, with no subscription and no limit on properties. It only charges when hosts get paid through it: 10% on guest add-ons and 1% plus card processing on direct bookings.

No subscription; guest manuals, Welcome Books, signs, QR codes, bookings and messages are free. Prices are in CAD. Purchases through October 31, 2026: 5% on add-ons, 10% on services, and no StayPerk fee on invoices. From November 1, 2026: 10% on host/manager add-ons; 20% on guest-booked local services (5% to the host, 5% to the property manager when applicable, 10% to StayPerk); 10% on services booked by hosts/managers; 5% plus card fees when managers invoice hosts; no StayPerk fee on invoice payments, but card fees apply; and 1% plus card processing on direct bookings. Percentage fees apply before tax. Paid add-ons and services have a CAD $10 minimum. Transaction fees are deducted from sellers' proceeds, except invoice card fees are passed to the payer; StayPerk pays card fees on the new add-on and service transactions.
