    Pros: There is really nothing good about the software maybe there was something good 2 years ago, but not memorable.

    Cons: Customer service is non-existent billing is all over the place conversion from USD to CAD doesn't always happen taxes are not always included and they tried to go back 12 months and charges us taxes.

    Overall: Horrible, no deliverability limited functionality, overages are super expensive, stay away.
    No one will ever contact you to resolve any issue.

    Pros: Not professional. Could not fulfill our needs. We cancelled our account and they charged us over $3000 that was unauthorized.
