    "Highly Scalable teamwork"

    Pros: The Social27 platform has many interesting interaction features. My favorite is Hello World, where attendees shoot a short introductory video. It has benefited people from sales mainly.

    Cons: The reporting dashboard is great, but some live reports were not up to date.

    Overall: Honestly, when the pandemic hit and everything was stuck, Social27 was going well, we were about to give up and fundamentally change the industry to start something new. We have greatly expanded our events! Our team is very excited to expand our working capabilities with Social27 on upcoming events in 2022.

    Pros: Let's talk about the team: Excellent communication, customer service, and support. Let's talk about the product: Easy tool to use and very navigable.

    Cons: Our only gripe: There wasn't enough design flexibility in our opinion.

    Overall: Overall, we had an excellent experience with Social27. The team and product are amazing, and helped us translate our in-person experience to the virtual world seamlessly.

    Pros: - UX was clean, simple to navigate and quick to load
    - Content was accessible (appeared to meet regulatory standards for hearing and visually impaired participants.
    - Access to information was readily available from sessions of the webinar (download presentation collateral, ppt, etc.)

    Cons: From an end user/event attendee perspective I did not see any cons.

    Cannot comment on experience around the setup/maintenance of content for the virtual conference.

    Overall: Overall I would rank the experience one of the best I have encountered among the major webinar/ virtual conference platforms available.

    Pros: Excellent resource during a time when very few new about virtual meetings. They made this transition during Covid as easy as possible. There staff is well trained and were available any time needed. Very accommodating...and pleasant to work with. Highly recommended.

    Cons: No cons to mention. Everything worked as described/promised.

    Overall: Very happy with our experience using Social27. I would recommend to anyone interested in using a virtual platform.

    Pros: Easy to use. Great sound and video quality.
    Easy to use for non tech employees also. Almost plug and play easy.

    Cons: Overall very happy with performance. Video upload feature will be good.

    Overall: Have used it for last 6 months. Much better than Zoom and few others we have used to businesses. Employees find it easy to use.
