About SnapPOS
SnapPOS is a point-of-sale system for independent retail shops and counter-service food businesses. Its retail editions, Core and Pro, provide barcode-based checkout, inventory tracking, sales and cash-drawer reporting, returns, CSV export and shared stock across multiple registers. Pro adds customer records, quotes and invoices, loyalty, store credit, gift certificates and staff timecards. SnapPOS Lite offers a touch-oriented menu register for food trucks, bakeries, cafés and other food counters. The software runs on a business’s own computer and local shop network; Android phones and tablets can serve as additional registers through a browser. Integrated card payments use certified Datacap processing with supported terminals and processors. Licenses are one-time purchases with no recurring software fee; hardware and optional support plans are separate.
