SnapDamage is browser-based estimating and job documentation software for residential and commercial contractors. Field teams can organize jobs by property, room, and location; capture photos, measurements, and voice notes; and turn walkthrough notes into an itemized estimate draft for review, pricing, and delivery. Each job can hold scope notes and project files such as permits, receipts, invoices, and lien waivers. Teams can send estimates for e-signature and countersign them in the app, assign owner, project manager, and crew roles, and give field staff access to job updates without exposing pricing. Completed work can be archived from active job lists. SnapDamage is intended for contractors such as general contractors, remodelers, roofers, and restoration businesses managing estimates and field information from desktop, tablet, or phone browsers.
