    Pros: We liked the volume & quality of candidates we got. We are in the medical field and are surpassed we got that many candidates. Sponsoring jobs is our go to now. Easy filtering they have a bunch of ways to find candidates. They re-ran our job when the one time we did not get enough candidates.

    Cons: We did not like the lack of integrations. They have told us though that they are adding them

    Overall: Great experience, we would recommend to anyone who is simply looking for the most applicants with quality possible. They also post to all job boards which is nice since we do not have to manage our own.

    "Pretty Good job posting platform for price"

    Pros: They had predictive analytics which helped figure out good cultural fits. nice careers page and good branding control

    Cons: Their were some bugs with interviews, but they fixed them very quickly within a day or two

    Overall: Pretty good, would recommend. Good support, cons sometimes buggy but if you email they fix it quickly

    "Waste of money and time"

    Pros: There was not anything that I can honestly recommend. Stay away if you are serious about hiring

    Cons: Not one qualified candidate for $400.00. I had only received one unqualified candidate after one week. I brought up concern to smoothhiring consultant and was told it took at least 30 days and if it didn't produce a qualified candidate they would run it again. They didn't provide links to my post when requested.

    Overall: Do not use this service unless you like throwing your money away. Not even close to producing anything that they promise.
