    "Service is broken"

    Pros: Affordable and not that complicated. For the skilled amateur, it has worked well for me. Learning curve is minimal.

    Cons: For several months, I am getting messages not recognizing my token since I have this new laptop. When I shut down, then open up it asks for my token each time and then message says it is already in use. I have asked them to assist me to completely delete the program and issue me a new token, but I am told that I will have to keep submitting help requests EACH TIME I OPEN IT UP!! I have been using this program over ten years! Please help!

    Overall: Wonderful until the past year then horrible. My “con“ response says it all. It is like day and night from my beginning usage.
