About SlideSieve

SlideSieve is a browser extension for learners who want to keep visual and spoken material from online video courses together. While a supported lecture plays, it detects slide changes, filters instructor-only shots and transitions, and stores frames in a course-organized side panel. Users can review slides in grid, list, or presentation views, remove unwanted captures, and take manual snapshots. SlideSieve reads captions or transcript data from supported course players, synchronizes text with playback, and exports transcripts as TXT, SRT, or VTT. Slide decks can be exported as multi-page PDFs or images with their aspect ratio preserved. Optional slide and exclusion zones help focus capture around a presentation or webcam overlay. Processing and saved captures stay in the browser. It is intended for students, self-directed learners, and professionals studying video lessons on Coursera, Udemy, YouTube, and DeepLearning.AI.
