    "Take the money and run"

    Pros: The price for their services is competitive and so are the number of services offered. Can't think of anything else positive to say.

    Cons: The speed of their responses, knowledge of their tax agents and those who handled the handover from our previous provider make me regret moving our account every time I have to interact with them.

    Overall: The service is some of the worst I have ever experienced. Signing up with them included them handling our account transfer from our previous provider which turns out was incomplete. The secretarial service has been ok thus far. Their tax service is a catastrophe! The person handling our account is negligent and unresponsive. After chasing them to start, we were told they would gather and get back to us in 2 weeks. Once 2 weeks passed, we chased for another 2 weeks before getting a response. a week and a half later and 40+ emails, we should finally be getting submitted today. Last week I called the office to speak directly with the manager of our account or any manager and was told I would receive a call back shortly... I'm still waiting for that call.
