About Skipmatch
Skipmatch is a web-based bulk skip tracing service for real estate investors, wholesalers, and land investors. Users upload a CSV of property-owner records, map the columns containing names and addresses, review the charge, and pay per record without a subscription. The service returns the uploaded file with its original columns retained and adds matched contact information, including phone numbers labeled by line type and email addresses when available. The workflow supports files from 50 to 100,000 records and up to 50 MB. Skipmatch also provides a browser-based CSV checker and cost calculator. It is designed for locating contact details associated with property owners and for real estate prospecting; its data is not a consumer report and is not intended for credit, employment, insurance, or tenant-screening decisions.
