Skia is a radiology reporting platform built for groups and teleradiology operations that want quality without compromising speed. SkiaQA reviews every report before it submits, not a sample after the fact: it catches laterality conflicts, wrong or missing comparison dates, internal contradictions, findings-impression mismatches, buried critical findings, and incomplete sections, in seconds. SkiaReporter replaces dictation and correction passes with click to report: radiologists select findings and the report assembles itself in clinically precise wording, with impressions built from the same selections so nothing is predicted and nothing is fabricated. Early deployments report 30 to 40% faster reporting with 70 to 90% of impressions auto generated. SkiaManager runs the coordination: worklist sync, auto assignment by modality and subspecialty, critical finding alerts, prior study context, and direct submit to PACS. Patient data never leaves your PACS; Skia stores zero patient data.
