    Pros: For me, Simply worked as a base tool and it helped throughout the client communication and CX management.

    Cons: Features list is massive but sometimes it seems clumsy to differentiate between them, probably due to my vision problem as the icons they’ve used are tiny to differentiate. It’s not for all, it’s me who can assess basis on my personal experience.

    Overall: It was amazing experience to have Simply as one of our office management tools. We recommend Simply to the MSMEs. Overall, so far, our experience with Simply has been great.

    Pros: The ticketing system is vibrant enough compared to other providers. The part where they need to work on is in getting it ready for the workflow, the rest seems a sticky & reliable business tool.

    Pros: We’ve used Simply to automate our training lead dashboard. Our level of satisfaction was beyond the expectation, it really helped us to fulfill our business goals and hence customer customer satisfaction.

    Cons: Software is flawless and developed for non technical users too. So you have reasons to keep it in your software stack.

    Overall: No matter what priority you have set for your customers i.e. FCFS or LIFO, it works great. Overall, for us, Simply worked great.

    Pros: The positive note about Simply is it always works in sync and autosave mode. You need not to fear about data loss and integrity things. As a monthly subscriber of Simply, we will suggest and recommend it to the business community.

    Cons: As of now we don’t think it has some points to highlight and notice any cons. Simply is a tool to work in all verticals for the business point of view and its horizon is widened too. About its future version's feature, AI should be incorporated in contact DB to see which contact is more likely to convert for a specific campaign based on past purchase and interaction behaviors.

    Overall: A nice way to integrate APIs for your business workflow. It will assist you in features like marketing, ROI calculation, Budget management and more! For mobile users, it allows great portability in terms of access management. Thanks.

    Pros: Fast and efficient processes and interfaces that work in more user friendly way. The email assistance, campaign management and Kanban feature work smoothly and efficiently.

    Cons: No cons reported, sometimes it feels that we have a sync issue but that too because of traffic and delayed server response.

    Overall: We have a team of 20 people in 5 departments and have synced Simply all around. The idea is to have an access from the web for 5 different users and work accordingly.

    Pros: A cool way to interact with your clients and other B2B prospectus. You can contact your leads pretty easily as it allows you to work smoothly and efficiently. We are now looking forward ways to integrate the same with our inbuilt lead generating software.

    Pros: We have used Simply for almost 3 months and our experience with this tool has been great so far. Multilingual features, support availability, pipeline management, enhanced customization and insights are very helpful in tracing the workflow.

    Cons: Simply should use a click to open the tray for the needed features instead of displaying them entirely on a page. This way, more clarity will be there as the user clicks to expand his page as per his need.

    Overall: We have got an excellent solution to the problems related to the campaign and monitoring it for better performance. Overall, it works for optimum performance and efficiency. If you are new to Simply, you must go through their full features list to see if it fits nicely as per your needs. The good thing about this tool is it has a whole month trial period, and that is enough to assess any CRM for its efficacy.

    Pros: Simply CRM is not like other complicated CRMs where you have to struggle to load and act to do a specific job. They have a stunning dashboard where you can do quick tasks along with workforce management.

    Cons: Ideally we would have imagined to work it like an Alexa but in the real world things are not that much feasible :)

    Overall: Simply CRM is basically a single stop shop for your business needs. I use it in my office everyday, and we can customize different modules based on the growing needs and demands of our company.

    Pros: Simply CRM is a tool to merge all your business tasks into one board. This allows the business owners to handle their sales and marketing in a decent and sophisticated way.

    Cons: Workflow management is made easy with Simply and online chat support is always there. Due to average pricing features, Simply stands in the top 5 of CRM’s queue.

    Pros: We like Simply because we have resolved the issue of manual data processing and further re-engineering that data for an adequate purpose to gain the business process optimization.

    Cons: Simply offers security and access management with an ease and it's been almost 3 months now as a subscriber. Their CX support is excellent, knowledge repository is very helpful in understanding the program. We didn't encounter any cons so far.

    Overall: In all, it worked great for us and we are happy to have it. Simply is a tool that will help you in email campaigns, workforce management, and more importantly in customers service.

    Pros: The massive features list can attract any business for its test and run. It's budgeting and ticketing system work great and that's what we were looking for.

    Cons: We loved its interface as well as the dashboard options for all our routine tasks. It's super easy to navigate through and its all good.

    Pros: Easy to work with Simply tool as it performs really cool. The only thing that we need to work on is for its social media integration in our specific case. Overall, Simply worked well for other processes including business contact management and re connection for the marketing and event scheduling. Our sales pro is receiving good response and he can check the same via visual pipeline management and other tracking tools.

    Cons: Simply has capability to manage all your fanatical, inventory, orders, sales and more apparatus for the needs. In all- A handy tool for your healthy business. No cons to count on.

    Pros: The client connection became flexible and we don't have to keep their meeting records manually o.e. in a sheet or anything that increases the workload. It's all smooth and synchronized for every process whether it's sales, account, development or any which comes under business range.

    Cons: Simply CRM's look and feel is just amazing and attractive. You don't get bored or fed-up with design etc. It's a new feel every time one logs in. Earlier it was a bit messy but they have made superb changes and provided a cool layout.

    Pros: This CRM is really effective in marketing. From the first day of deployment SimplyCRM helping us to convert and manage leads. It gives us the ability to bring more customers into business. It easily recognizes potential leads from ( email ) marketing.

    Cons: One con I had was on its sales prospect, gives error when trying to access.

    Pros: Excellent set-up done by the Simply developers and they have built a classy CRM that can not only handle your concurrent workflow in the back-end but leads your business from the front. it's been 2+ years now using this tool. The cool thing about Simply is their pricing and premium features per user basis. We like it for language and API integration purposes too

    Cons: The support staff is very responsive and they offer multiple language support features too. We believe instant support to be made available whenever it's needed and we have no complaint so far.

    Overall: Overall in short- Simply is OK and Tested well for all business requirements. The third party API integration looks promising and versatile in use cases.

    Pros: It's been 20+ days since we have started using Simply and we found it helpful in getting things done in a decent and professional way. We would keep this updated once we assess and connect with our other lead pages and tools.

    Cons: As mentioned above, we are assessing this tool for a good outcome and currently, it would be too early to say any negatives about.

    Overall: As of now, we are gaining good synchronization among the APIs and other integrations. We have been using it for a test trial and once things seem efficient, will move for the final subscriptions.
