Simpack
Simpack is a general multibody system simulation (MBS) software enabling analysts and engineers to simulate the non-linear motion of any mechanical or mechatronic system. It enables engineers to generate and solve virtual 3D models in order to predict and visualize dynamic motion, coupling forces and stresses. Simpack is used primarily within the automotive, engine, HIL/SIL/MIL, power transmission, railway, and wind energy industrial sectors, but can be applied to any branch of mechanical engineering. Simpack simulation software is particularly well-suited to high frequency transient analyses, even into the acoustic range. Simpack was primarily developed to handle complex non-linear models with flexible bodies and harsh shock contact.

RecurDyn
RecurDyn is an interdisciplinary computer-aided engineering software package whose primary function is the simulation of Multi-Body Dynamics. It simulates both rigid and flexible body dynamics by combining traditional rigid multibody dynamics with cutting-edge finite element technology for modeling flexible bodies, known as Multi Flexible Body Dynamics. RecurDyn is designed to analyze the dynamic behavior of mechanical systems in motion, including systems with joints, constraints, contact, flexible components, forces, and complex interactions between parts. Its solver technology handles the differential algebraic equations that describe multibody systems, combining equations of motion with algebraic equations for joint constraints. It provides a robust MBD-specialized modeling environment, fast solvers, extensive post-processing, animation, plotting, and tools for evaluating the motion, loads, stresses, deformation, and performance of mechanical assemblies.

Simcenter Simsolid
Simcenter Simsolid is a Siemens simulation and structural analysis tool that helps designers and engineers analyze fully featured CAD assemblies without geometry simplification or meshing. By removing two of the most time-consuming steps in traditional FEA, it allows teams to validate structural performance much faster. The software can handle large and complex assemblies, including models with rough contact surfaces, gaps, or overlapping geometry. Simcenter Simsolid delivers accurate results in seconds to minutes on a standard PC, making it useful for rapid design comparison and simulation-driven development. It supports a wide range of analysis types, including linear and nonlinear statics, thermal analysis, modal analysis, fatigue analysis, dynamic simulations, buckling, composites, and random response. With CAD interoperability, advanced connections, materials, boundary conditions, and visualization tools, Simcenter Simsolid helps teams bring better products to market faster.

Adams
Adams helps engineers to study the dynamics of moving parts, and how loads and forces are distributed throughout mechanical systems. Product manufacturers often struggle to understand true system performance until very late in the design process. Mechanical, electrical, and other subsystems are validated against their specific requirements within the systems engineering process, but full-system testing and validation comes late, leading to rework and design changes that are riskier and more costly than those made early on. As the world's most famous and widely used Multibody Dynamics (MBD) software, Adams improves engineering efficiency and reduces product development costs by enabling early system-level design validation. Engineers can evaluate and manage the complex interactions between disciplines including motion, structures, actuation, and controls to better optimize product designs for performance, safety, and comfort.
