Pros: Easy to navigate system and nice lay out, the team also support with the set up and candidates say it is user friendly too.
Cons: A couple of minor things which would make the functionality a little smoother like having all the shortlisted scores visible together.
Overall: Great system for both the candidate and business, would recommend to add in as another layer to the recruitment process.

Overall: Shine is a decent video interview software allowing for remote interviews. It is quite easy to use and has a good interface. I have used it a couple of times for giving interviews and it works great. It also provides timely email updates.
