#2- Very convenient to respond to inbound emails.

#4- It Supports Gmail, outlook, own domain emails and many services.Cons: #1- We had an overall positive experience with it.
Overall: It's a prominent email management tool. We use SharedBox with Slack app integration. It provides us to manage and respond to emails directly from the Slack app. It makes it convenient and effortless to manage inbound emails.
