Sessy is cloud-based member management software for gyms, CrossFit and functional fitness facilities, personal trainers, and studios offering yoga, Pilates, martial arts, dance, group training, or racket sports. It brings member records and subscriptions together with class scheduling, booking, waitlists, attendance tracking, and member self-service. Staff can manage coaches, calendars and locations, send push notifications and newsletters, collect payments through Stripe or SEPA bank-file exports, and configure QR-code entrance access. Reporting covers member trends, session occupancy, and revenue. Members and staff can use Sessy on the web and through mobile apps; the platform also includes an MCP server for supported AI tools. Pricing is based on active members, with a 30-day free trial.

Pricing Details:
Monthly charges are based on members with active subscriptions; a member active at any time during a month counts for that month. Graduated rates are €0.50 each for members 1–10, €0.35 each for 11–50, €0.25 each for 51–100, €0.15 each for 101–200, and €0.10 for each member above 200. Charges are billed monthly at the end of the billing period. All features are included, with unlimited locations, calendars, and session types. There is no contract; cancellation is available at any time. A 30-day free trial is available without a credit card.
