Service Pro Stream is field service management software for appliance repair, HVAC, and plumbing companies. It handles online booking, scheduling, dispatch, and customer communication in one system.
Customers book through a conversational interface that captures the appliance make, model, and problem. They can photograph the dataplate and the model and serial numbers are read from the image, so the technician can look up parts before arriving.
Dispatch runs on rules you set per technician: how far from home base a job can be, how far apart consecutive jobs can be, and how far the first and last calls can sit from the starting point. The engine enforces these when it offers time slots.
Technicians work from any phone browser. The portal installs to the home screen with no app store download. They see customer notes, photos, and captured model numbers, search parts, and record work on site.
