    Pros: I've been using SendMails from last 2 years. Besides a few hiccups, the platform is very easy to use and saves a lot of money. Support team is always there if I need any help.

    Cons: At the moment, there's nothing. The platform is far more stable than last year.

    Overall: Highly recommend SendMails. Great product and very easy to use for someone like me who's a small business owner.

    "SendMails is a ripoff"

    Pros: Very little. If you're not an expert programmer this software is not for you.

    Even if you are sometimes the software works and most times it doesn't.

    Cons: Service is practically non-existent. You can put in a ticket and you're luck if they answer within 48 hours. If they do answer the canned response is it's your fault not theirs. If you request additional support after your first ticket they usually ignore you.

    Overall: Waste of time and money. The program does not work as promised and they do not stand behind their 30 day money back guarantee. Stay away. This is a scam.

    Pros: Work for one week, then all stopped working.
    that's the only good thing i have to say.
    If you want to waste your time and money go on.

    Cons: The list of bad things is quite big:

    - it stopped working after one week
    - complicated platform
    - semi manual process
    - 0 support
    - no refund (which goes against their 30 days money back guarantee)

    Overall: Horrible, just headaches.
    Shouldn't never trust them.
