    Pros: None they are no help for special education documents after I found that all documents go through the special education department at the school your child attended.

    Cons: There is no mention of special education documents request are separate and provided by the school district for free. I threw away good money for nothing.

    Overall: I was very disappointed in the outcome of trying to get records from this company they have no business in handling school records.
