About Schedule My Rent

Software services to market vacancies, receive online rental applications, screen tenants with credit and background checks, collect rent, manage maintenance requests, and track expenses.

Ways tenants can pay rent:
- with cash at any MoneyGram location (Walmart, CVS, etc.)
- with their bank account
- with credit or debit cards

Rent can be collected monthly, twice per month, or weekly.

Landlords can receive rent the same day that rent is withdrawn from a tenant's bank account with the QuickPay option.

Late fees are automatically added to a tenant's account and you can stack any combination of late fees and daily late fees to match your lease terms.

Easily review your rent status:
- Multi-unit view shows how much rent has been collected and how much rent is due across all your properties or for specific businesses or units.
- Unit view shows the complete status for a lease and you can easily add one-time charges (utility, etc.)

    Pros: N/A.

    Cons: This software has so many limitations and is made for not professional use. The report on the property profits/losses is not provided and cannot be used at all unless you want to confuse all the accountants. They charge the landlord's bank account to run the credit report for the tenant without the landlord's authorization. Customer service will never call you back because they have one person in customer service replying and often this person does not have the correct answer.

    Overall: This software needs a lot of improvements before it can be used!
