"Lack of customer services and very difficult to get answers"

    Posted 2026-03-31

Pros: Good graphic designs, there is not much I can say about it...compared to others is around the same, I think I can get better results if I just go to google directly or Go-daddy..

Cons: Lack of human response, I call my representative for a week before I can get some help, they have issues connecting my website to my MLS listings, right now I have a website with no listings and no pictures, just a sign that said "Phots will come soon" that really reflex very bad in my performance as a Realtor, when the main platform that should be my access to potential new clients, or even old clients, imaging that happening to you, worse because I made the mistake to pay the year in advance now there is no help. Last time I spoke to my assigned representative (I got 4 already, people move out fast). Not happy at all and seriously searching to a replacement. Isn't about price, they just lack concern for their customers. In my company (Over 6,000 agents) just a little fraction still using them and for the same reason, we paid in advance. never again.

Overall: Seems a nice platform, not really customer oriented and many technical issues. I'm a Realtor, my job is more effective if I can expend more time working in the field, meeting people and following leads rather than trying to fix a technical issue in a software and a service issue that should never be an issue after all. Isn't their job to make sure their product delivers their marketing promises. The sale team get you on the beautiful graphic design but fail in the technical issues and trying to get thing solved is another task, leaving messages that nobody answer or care.
