SOS Click is an add-on for Microsoft Office which works with Word, Excel and PowerPoint and allows the user to save his or her work to multiple locations in one click. Sensitive material can be saved now to several places in one action instead of saving them separately. Destinations can be both local and remote (local folders, local hard drives, removable storage, network shares, one or more e-mail addresses, cloud services like Dropbox and Google Drive).
The add-on also features several auto-save options depending on the scenario preferred by the user (document sensitivity) among other capabilities (dedicated buttons to find and set up USB removable storage, Dropbox and Google Drive as save-to destinations).
