Pros: no thing they easy to take your money and easy to setup your order but you will not get any service or any refill protect your money and don't use it

Cons: This is by far the WORST panel I have ever dealt with.

I purchased a TikTok followers service and ordered 10,000 followers. Within just two days, the followers started dropping until they completely disappeared. The order clearly included a refill guarantee, even after the drop.

After placing the order, I couldn’t even find a refill button, so I submitted a support ticket asking them to refill the order. They told me it would take 1–2 days.

Today is DAY 7, and still NOTHING has been done. No refill. No compensation. Nothing.

Every single response I receive is just a scripted excuse telling me to “be patient” and “wait” because their team is working on it. Seriously?

Can you imagine a panel of this size being unable to refill 10,000 TikTok followers after SEVEN DAYS — or even compensate me with $10?

This is the most dishonest, unprofessional, and uncooperative panel I have ever dealt with. They take your money and then leave you waiting with nothing but scripted replies.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PANEL if you want to protect your money. I strongly regret using their service.

Cons: I am absolutely disgusted by my experience with SMMFollows.

I trusted this platform and deposited my money expecting a professional service. What I received was the exact opposite. Orders are often delivered very slowly, and when the views finally arrive, a large portion of them disappears within 24 hours. It happened repeatedly across multiple YouTube view orders.

Every time I contacted customer support, I received the same promises: "We will issue a refill" or "We are working on it." In my experience, these refills never solved the problem. The views kept dropping, and the orders never maintained the numbers that were originally delivered.

What frustrates me even more is the way they handle customers' money. I still had approximately $95 USD remaining in my account balance. After experiencing the same issues over and over again, I requested that the remaining funds be refunded to my credit card. I made this request multiple times. Instead of receiving a clear answer or a refund, my requests were repeatedly ignored or avoided.

From my personal experience, I felt like I was being strung along with promises that never led to any real solution. Slow deliveries, disappearing views, ineffective refills, and unanswered refund requests have completely destroyed any trust I had in this company.

I deeply regret depositing money on this platform and cannot recommend it to anyone.

Overall: My advice to anyone considering using SMMFollows: stay away and look elsewhere. Based on my experience, you may end up wasting your time, your money, and a great deal of frustration.
