About SCIIL eLPA
SCIIL eLPA is Layered Process Audit software for manufacturing companies to schedule, perform, document and evaluate LPAs consistently across production lines, plants and international locations. The system automates audit scheduling for audit layers based on rules, frequencies and calendars. Auditors receive Outlook invitations, reminders and escalations and perform audits on smartphones, tablets or PCs, online or offline. Central audit catalogs support revisions, reference images, work instructions, multilingual questions and plant-specific additions. Findings can be documented with text and photos, assigned to responsible persons and processed through corrective-action workflows including 4D and optional 8D. Real-time dashboards, automated reports and Power BI interfaces provide cross-plant visibility. SCIIL eLPA supports role-based access, separate plant administration and Microsoft Active Directory integration. It is used at more than 400 manufacturing locations worldwide.

Pros: It is user-friendly and easy for the Auditor to use, and offers the option of offline audits.
The integrated question algorithm enables rapid audit planning and allows all questions from a large catalogue to be continuously queried. The algorithm does not exclude questions that must be asked in every audit.
The integrated event management system enables automatic email notifications to be sent according to the escalation strategy during the execution of audits and the processing of actions.Cons: Audits can be analysed within the software, and users can also quickly view the results via an online dashboard. Ideally, users should be able to customise the dashboard according to their preferences.
Overall: We have never regretted choosing SCIIL elpa for the digitization of our layer process audits (since 2022). Minor adjustments at the beginning of the rollout were implemented quickly and competently by SCIIL.

- I think the first one with eLPA on market
- simple understandable app on IOS devices
- completion of audits and open measures possible via mobile phone
- Good designed, really good features and reports with high visualized dashbaords
- Excellent supports in all basics and all open questions
- eLPA, Gemba Walks, SOT, Shopfloor audits, self audits.... all makeable with this solution!Cons: - A little bit high pricing unlike others, but quality have his price
