Noden
Noden is a native macOS client that brings SSH, SFTP, RDP, serial console and a Touch ID password vault together in one window. Run a multi-session terminal in a resizable grid, transfer files with a dual-pane SFTP file manager (drag from Finder, edit remote files in your own editor with sync-back), connect to Windows machines over RDP rendered with Metal, and reach routers, switches and embedded devices over a serial console. The built-in password vault keeps passwords, SSH keys, API tokens and secure notes protected by Touch ID and stored only in the macOS Keychain, never on external servers. An optional approve-first AI assistant proposes shell commands and waits for your approval before running them. Built in SwiftUI for Apple Silicon and Intel, with no Electron. Imports your existing SSH config and keys. Free for up to 5 connections; Pro is $5.99 per year.

Devolutions Remote Desktop Manager
Remote access tools can be messy—different clients, unmanaged credentials, and no clear visibility. Remote Desktop Manager changes that. It centralizes all your remote connections in one place, with support for RDP (Remote Desktop Protocol), SSH (Secure Shell), Telnet, VPNs (Virtual Private Network), and many other protocols.
Users get cross-platform access from Windows, macOS, Linux, and mobile. Sessions can be launched in 1 click, while credentials are stored in shared or personal vaults. All activity is tracked, and role-based access control ensures least-privilege enforcement.
The Remote Connection & IT Management package enhances RDM with Devolutions Gateway for secure, just-in-time tunnels; Hub or Server for credential storage; and session audit logs to meet compliance requirements. Everything integrates seamlessly through RDM’s interface.
It’s a streamlined, policy-driven solution for IT teams that want full control over remote access without bouncing between tools.

Muon SSH Terminal
An easy and fun way to work with remote servers over SSH. Muon is a graphical SSH client. It has an enhanced SFTP file browser, SSH terminal emulator, remote resource/process manager, server disk space analyzer, remote text editor, huge remote log viewer, and lots of other helpful tools, which makes it easy to work with remote servers. Muon provides functionality similar to web-based control panels but, it works over SSH from the local computer, hence no installation is required on the server. It runs on Linux and Windows. Muon has been tested with several Linux and UNIX servers, like Ubuntu server, CentOS, RHEL, OpenSUSE, FreeBSD, OpenBSD, NetBSD, and HP-UX. The application is targeted mainly toward web/backend developers who often deploy/debug their code on remote servers and are not overly fond of complex terminal-based commands. It could also be useful for sysadmins as well who manage lots of remote servers manually.
