Hot rod and Custom restoration shops

About Rodify

Rodify is cloud-based shop management software for hot rod, custom automotive, restoration, and fabrication businesses. It brings build planning, estimates, parts inventory, technician work, invoicing, and customer updates into one workspace. Shops can organize projects with Kanban boards, timelines, checklists, staff assignments, and vehicle records, while tracking labor, parts, and build progress. Estimating tools generate editable scopes with labor and parts pricing, and inspections can feed estimate creation. Teams can log time, manage job tasks, and post photos and updates from a mobile-friendly staff app. A customer portal provides build status, progress photos, estimate approvals, documents, and invoice payment. Rodify also supports milestone and recurring invoices, inventory levels, and customer records for shops managing long-running custom builds from initial quote through final billing.

"A better fit for managing custom builds and restorations"

    Posted 2026-10-13

Pros: The focus on custom builds is what we like most. Having estimates, labor tracking, parts, and customer updates together makes it easier to see where each project stands and keep the shop organized.

Cons: Getting existing builds and parts entered takes some time upfront, we migrated from Tekmetric.

Overall: We use Rodify at Sawtooth Motorsports to help manage our custom builds and restorations. Having project information in one place helps us track costs and keep customers informed throughout the build.
