Rippling

Pros: Rippling has greatly simplified the amount of work we have to do with human resources operations. The software synthesizes all the needs our department has to properly catalog and organize each proposed employee, and each candidate applying to work with us.

Cons: Rippling does not have good connections to social media based services, which makes it a bit difficult to send information from Rippling to them. The biggest problem with this is the impossibility to create periodic publications that expose our employee search needs so that they can be known quickly.

Overall: The most interesting Rippling dynamic is undoubtedly that of being able to directly contact members of the team of employees or candidates to work in the company. In any case, it is excellent that it is also possible to review lists of proposals from people outside the company who are looking for a job.

Pros: Great payroll system.. Allows you to do all sequences of payroll in one system. It synchronizes everything makes life so much easier.

Cons: Haven’t found anything that we don’t like so far .. it has made out payroll processing much easier.

Overall: Overall it has made our payroll system easier to use for all our employees and the ones who manage it also!
