    Pros: Rezdy is simple to use and clients get impressed! This is a formidable tool that allows us get closer to clients!

    Cons: I didn’t like the mandatory connection to Stripe! We are having problems integrating!

    Overall: This is a great experience! It is easy to feed! It has a great UX layout! Makes the whole process a smooth one! Quick & Easy!

    "How did we even trade before Rezdy?"

    Pros: It's turned us into a 21st century business. We have access to so much information and if I can take my lap top and phone I can run my booking system from anywhere. Rezdy integrates with so many agents that we simply don't have to do anything apart from watch the bookings land.

    Cons: It was overwhelming at first. Going from a pen and pager system to a fully online system was tough. There are always slight improvements that can be made and the good thing is Rezdy is always looking to improve.

    Overall: Looking back I simply don't know how we managed and I know we never would of grown like we have under the other system.

    Pros: Rezdy make it easy for new and existing tourism businesses to get your products up online and out to market fast.

    They are also easy to make contact with if you forget something or something doesn't quite work as you thought it should.

    Cons: Can be a little more costly than other programs but the service outweighs the cost.
