Pros: Leveraging technology to store my documents has been a smooth ride with Revnue.

I can now keep all of my buy-side and sell-side contracts and files in one place.

Revnue's Smart Inbox feature allows me to quickly and easily send and store documents in a centralized repository.

In addition, I used Revnue features to convert my handwritten notes into machine-readable text. Rev[AI] extracts data from any type of text-based document in real time.

Cons: Working with Revnue has been an amazing experience for my organization. The only thing I'd want them to look into is that Revnue is not capable of providing some advanced legal features.

Overall: Revnue has helped my company in a million ways. With their Smart Repository feature, we now store all our contracts and files in one central repository. This has made it easy for us to access and store our files.

Pros: The contract reminder is amazing! We've missed renewals in the past and it has been a headache for my team. Most of them forget the date because too many contracts have piled up and they are not organized properly.

Cons: Digital signature is not yet available. Can't wait for this though.

Overall: Everything is more organized. My team have more time to focus on other important things and they don't have to spend hours looking for specific details.

Pros: Revnue improved the processing time as we could edit and sign the contract faster than before. Going digital with contracts has been great so far!

Cons: It's been a few weeks and I still have yet to explore other features. But I am looking forward to using it longer.

Overall: Prior to using Revnue, I was struggling with the process of getting prospects into leads and then customers. A lot of prospects don't like lengthy processes and wish to have a faster turnaround. I was searching for contract management software and I was amazed to discover what Revnue could do.

Pros: I love how convenient the software is. My team has access to it and we can edit it faster than before. It also speeds up are processes, which increase everyone's work efficiency.

Cons: It’s been just a month since we started using it and I don’t see any cons as of now.

Overall: Our company struggled to keep a track of our contracts. Contracts were delayed or misplaced. There were many instances where our prospects would follow up because they would have to wait a while for the contracts. But then, when we discovered Revnue, we saw a big difference. We could track and easily find our contracts. We could submit contracts in real-time and our customers were happy.
