About Review Expert

Review Expert is a web-based review management application for mobile app teams. It imports ratings, comments and existing developer responses from the Apple App Store and Google Play into a shared inbox and keeps reviews synchronized. Teams can filter reviews by store, rating, date and keywords, reply from the workspace, or use AI-generated drafts and configurable auto-reply rules with optional approval. Dashboards summarize review volume, average ratings, rating distribution, response rates and reply times. Teams can route reviews by rating or keyword to Slack, Linear, Microsoft Teams and Zendesk; Jira Cloud issues can be created directly, while GitHub Issues workflows use Enterprise webhooks or MCP. The remote MCP server lets AI assistants search and summarize reviews, retrieve metrics and prepare reply drafts for team approval. Plans vary by app and team limits, and each plan includes a 14-day free trial.
