Resource Management for Jira is an Atlassian Forge app for Jira Cloud that matches project demand to real team capacity. It combines enterprise org structure (teams/RBS), calendar-based capacity (not a flat 40-hour week), a stateful resource-request workflow between Project Managers and Team Managers, Jira worklogs and timesheets, analytics, and invoice-ready CSV/XLSX exports. Data stays in Atlassian Forge. Resource Management for Jira supports inbound enterprise integrations: User Directory sync with Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and other IAM so the org chart (teams, RBS, managers, members) stays aligned with the corporate directory; workforce intake from Outlook/Microsoft Graph calendars (working hours and holidays); and HRMS/HRIS feeds for approved availability/leave, billing rates, and per-resource calendar assignments. Directory and workforce sync are inbound; teams and people are archived, not deleted.
