Pros: Versatility incase of use. Multiple options and reminders.
Love the library, makes training easy.
In the cloud is awesome, can take bookings anywhere.
Groups works well once you learn how to do it. The rest of the system is very intuitive.

Cons: Needs a pop up to alert you when your mistakenly booking someone in the old year. It happens. It can't be that hard to put a phrase that says are you sure you want to do this? A little safety net would be helpful.

Overall: Give it a 9 out of 10, overall it is a very intuitive software.
Easy to train new users with the library. Plus new users can sign in at home and practice, before coming in.

Pros: ResNexus is a classier version of hotel.com or expedia. It gave me those same power but let me work with a third-party (and we both get emails at the same time.). Really impressed with the elegance of this booking engine.

Cons: So far I've had only a positive experience. When I ran into trouble, I got tech support quickly. It was mostly a product of my not understanding how things worked at that time. Now I do.

Overall: I would definitely recommend checking out this software. It has a knack for presenting your property. The big photos and calendar avails. The automatic reminders when previous guests' birthdays roll around. It's a class act.

Pros: Customer service is what sold us on ResNexus nearly 4 years ago and it has only gotten better. Prompt response to questions and immediate action when needed. having a dedicated representative makes it personal.

Cons: None. The team responds to emails or calls immediately and provides the tools and support needed.

Overall: Happy as can be. Never have any fears of a problem that can't be immediately resolved. Great team to work with.

Pros: When I need help during the big freeze in Texas, I got it. I was unable to use my reservation service because the internet was down so I called support at Reservation Nexus and the agents made the adjustments for me. The cancelled reservations, sent emails, snd blocked dates for me. What a relief!

Cons: Nothing! The service was excellent, the agents responded quickly and all my questions were answered in a timely manner. I need to have reservations cancelled and emails sent to the guests snd that was done for me

Overall: Excellent service. I needed reservations cancelled for me because I had no water due to the hard freeze. The agents did this for me snd sent emails since I was unable to do this.

Pros: Always available- We have used them for years now it would never consider any other reservation service. They are extremely professional their website is seamless for a guest to make reservations and they are always available if you need to call them and they are quick with an answer in solving problems.

Cons: None.

Overall: See above I’ve been approached by other reservation services but why leave something that is working perfectly for you?

Pros: I like their attention to detail. Easy to contact customer service and get problems resolved. They're always willing to help.

Cons: A few tweaks to the arrival form would be helpful.
Pricing is higher than similar companies.

Overall: The company has been very helpful when I call with a problem. I like that they participate in business conferences.

Pros: ResNexus ensures all the recreational services are well managed, and activities are running seemliness. Also, ResNexus creates a satisfaction for all users, more so our customers on board.

Cons: The design for ResNexus is quite complicated, and it requires to be made friendly and intuitive.

Overall: ResNexus has helped us fully in the recreational world, making all the business players have a successful operation. Also, resources get fair usage, without wastage.

Pros: We migrated to ResNexus recently and have been enjoying the new features this system brings. We are able to manage our small resort very effectively and efficiently. The support has been great and they have worked closely with us on any growing pains. The migration from our old system was flawless.

Cons: There are some features that are not as well developed as I would like to see them, namely credit card processing. I would like to see the integration be more intuitive and have full support for EMV.

Overall: Our overall experience has been very good. As with any conversion it takes some time to get used to new things, but on the whole the system works well and is well designed. The support has been great and any issues we have encountered have been resolved quickly. I recommend ResNexus for small resort property management.

Pros: Calendar works! It has all the features I need and then some. If I have a problem the Staff very helpful.

Overall: I have a very small b&b and am very technophobic so I greatly appreciate getting help from ResNexus whenever I need it.

Pros: The ResNexus system works just as I had hoped, as I researched booking software for my property. The many features offered are more than I expected.

Cons: I have no negative comments regarding the ResNexus program.

Overall: My account service representative has been great to work with, answering questions and offering suggestions to make our site most effective. ResNexus works well.

Pros: We are an event venue AND have cabins. We like that they are able to tailor the reservation system for our different needs for both platforms. I am able to extend stays easily when an event group decides to also rent the cabins for their speaker.

Cons: The housekeeping portion of the event venue to be used for 2 events a day isn't working so well like it does for the cabin housekeeping chart.

Overall: Always receive good service from my red carpet professional. I just ask, and usually, they can find a way to accommodate my needs.

Pros: If you want to reservation system that has everything you need this is the one. We were brand new campground in 2020 and were able to implement A reservation system along with a website prior to opening. It’s an easy learning curve and everything all in one spot. Customer service has been great. We are glad we went with them straight from the start.

Cons: The only con is that all the add-ons cost more money. And we are only open five months a year.

Overall: We’ve been very happy with the overall experience with ResNexus. Being new at using reservation system, it was a pretty seamless experience.

Pros: Ease of use. Great communications with their customer service folks! Problem solving is easy with them. Record keeping for me.

Cons: No app... signing in time consuming.. Wish it was automatic.

Overall: Like this service and could not run my B and B without it.. easy use for customers to book and it is efficient for my service team and staff.

Pros: I had built a website for our small B&B. It was pretty good, but I needed a tool to encompass everything in one and this was my solution!
They rebuilt our website beautifully! I’ve had several compliments on it and the customer Service is second to none!

Cons: I know that they are working on getting connected with all the online travel agencies. Not really a “Con”

Overall: From beginning to present, a great experience! Kristian is the man who helped with redesigning our website. He paid attention to what I was wanting and to detail! Richard is our red carpet professional! Anytime I need a question answered, he’s there for me! I also appreciate the webinars that you can register for, very helpful and informative!

Pros: Very user friendly! Customer service is amazing. I'm a very small bed & breakfast with little time to spend on reservation software, etc. ResNexus is straightforward, easy to learn, and does everything I want it to and more.

Cons: I can't think of anything I don't like about the software.

Overall: I've used similar software and nothing compares to ResNexus. I would recommend this program to anyone.

Pros: ResNexus provides all you need for the operations of your campground. Online bookings, point of sale system, websites, and the reports are amazing for management. They are constantly updating and adding new features. Their support team is the best and are always helpful and prompt.

Cons: Some features need to be added to adhere to new standards with COVID-19, but they are actively working on it and always take feedback and suggestions for improvement

Overall: Our experience has been wonderful. If there are any issues, which is rare, they always take care of you. We had a website designed by them and they did a fabulous job. It is very easy to go in and add or change things ourselves. The online bookings are huge for us as well as the connections to AirBnB they offer. The reports they have allow us to gather information to assist our business and growth.

Pros: The product itself does the work. The back office is definitely user friendly.
But the staff is what gets me. It is difficult to describe how supportive and "real" the ResNexus team is. I feel comfortable reaching out and know that they will lead me in the right direction every single time. Travis W. in the design department is amazing. He always makes time for me and talks things out with me so I have a better understanding of what is going on with my business website. I can not say enough good things about Travis W. and the whole team at ResNexus.

Cons: There is nothing I can add to the "con" column. Only "pros" from me!

Overall: Easy, affordable, efficient - as a new business owner and learning how to navigate a new website what more could I ask for?

Pros: We have a bed and breakfast in Maine and are incredibly happy with Resnexus. We have been with them for 8 plus years and have no plans to change. It has all the features we need both now and in the future, customer service is responsive and good. The price is also very good as well. There is no "nickel and diming" that you will get with other booking software companies where they give you a basic price and then start telling you that if you want this and that, it's $ extra. Resnexus are also responsive to add on's and changes that their customers would like to see in the future. We are very happy.

Cons: There is nothing that we do not like at all. It's all good.

Overall: Exactly what we said in the "Pro" comments box. We are very happy and look forward to being with Resnexus for many years to come.

Pros: I cannot think of any pros, maybe the color options you can assign to the calendar. Other than that, it is not user friendly, you have to click too many buttons to do a simple task and it takes you all over such as: click "check-out" save, then another click to "pay now", takes to another screen, click "add payment", then takes you to another screen, click send a "receipt", then another click to Summary.

Cons: So many cons, most important one for me is that there is no kitchen report, want to know what that is, go check out Think Reservation. Kitchen report is for the chef and service staff. The support feature and the YouTube video instructions, directions, and where to find are out of date or do not match. It appears the software has lots of back door hidden secrets passages that only a spy can uncover. The whole software manages to overcomplicate tasks, from taking reservations to reporting to updating content.

Overall: If this software doesn't become much more user-friendly within 4 months, I'm dumping it like a hot potato.

Pros: Nothing, I don't like this system but am forced to use by business partner. Would get rid of it tomorrow if I could.

Cons: Everything has multiple steps, complicated, can not find what is needed easily, reports are basic.
