Repair Right is a Shopify app that helps repair shops manage intake and service tickets within the retail system they use for sales. Staff can create jobs from Shopify POS, record repair details, and track each ticket through the repair workflow, including a queue for jobs needing attention. The app connects repair parts to Shopify inventory and returns stock when a ticket is canceled.
