Pros: It is convenient to maintain the reservation and technical condition of the vehicle. The company's cash desk allows you to monitor money transfers, which helps you avoid mistakes. Convenient mobile application for your phone.
Cons: I can't find any flaws now. At the very beginning there was one small drawback, but it was removed in the next update of the application. As I was told in the support chat, the application is being updated and improved. This makes me happy.
Overall: I connected RentProg to my car rental service about five months ago. The system is quite understandable, which allowed employees to learn how to use it within a few days. It is convenient to carry out car maintenance: there is both one-time and scheduled maintenance (the system itself notifies us about this by mail). The reservation card contains all the necessary information and there is also a payment block - this is convenient, because... no need to go anywhere separately to pay. There is also a function for creating a contract, where all data about the client and the car is immediately added. In addition, cash register and analytics allow you to conduct accounting.

Pros: 1. Simple interface. It was easy for me to understand the interface of this system. The system has two menus (left and top) - they allow you to quickly navigate through sections.
2. Convenient booking and reservation management system. In addition, I was pleasantly surprised to see a reservation calendar and a section for automatically searching for available cars for selected dates. My previous system didn't have such a function.
3. The system has a good financial accounting tool, which I was also happy about because I was able to refuse to work in another less convenient financial accounting system.Cons: Of the minuses, I would note the simple design. But people at my company told me that they like this design because it is convenient. They said that the system's design focuses on only the most important things and this allows for efficient work.
Overall: Working in the system is very convenient. The system itself provides enormous functionality that will suit many car rental business owners.
