BackOps AI is an AI-driven platform designed to automate operational workflows for logistics and supply chain teams by acting as an intelligent operator that manages tasks across multiple systems and communication channels. It integrates with existing enterprise tools such as ERPs, warehouse management systems, and communication platforms to coordinate operational processes and reduce manual work. Through its core system called Relay, the platform captures how operational workflows actually occur within an organization and converts that knowledge into automated processes that can run continuously across teams and systems. The AI can read incoming emails, analyze requests, categorize operational issues, update internal systems, and execute tasks such as filing carrier claims, generating quotes, retrieving invoices, processing order updates, or initiating reshipments.
