About Reglyph
Reglyph is a browser-based service for translating scanned and image-based PDF documents. Users upload a PDF—including a scan or phone photo saved as a PDF—and the service applies optical character recognition, replaces the source text with a translation, and reconstructs the page. It is designed for certificates, transcripts, contracts, academic papers, manuals, statements, and other documents where page layout matters. Reglyph aims to retain columns, tables, figures, seals, signature lines, and other page elements in the translated file. Users can download a translated PDF or a bilingual side-by-side PDF with the original and translation together. The service supports multiple source and destination languages, including Arabic, Chinese, French, German, Hindi, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian, and Spanish. New accounts receive five free pages, with additional use available through page-based pricing and monthly plans.
