    "Great analytics but lacks engagement"

    Pros: Reflexis is great when it comes to analytics. We had the ability to see completion across all stores very easily. Even our field leaders could check on their store locations and follow-up with a reminder with just a few clicks which empowered our field leaders. Posting a project was also extremely easy. There are so many customizable options as well when it comes to permissions and if you have an idea, the team is more than happy to help you implement updates for future advancements.

    Cons: The thing we struggled with the most was user adaption. Our field teams really struggled to understand the platform and where to find the items they needed. It took a lot of training. Also, there are a lot of clicks to get to simple places, such as updating a task. I feel it could be a little more streamlined. I also wish the site itself was a little more colorful to help bring it to life and visually pleasing.

    Overall: The functionality is great and there are endless options. The support team is also awesome and responsive. They host amazing conferences that are so engaging and teach you a lot as well.
