    "Great Resource & Awesome App!"

    Pros: The Redfin App pulls accurate information right away from the Multiple Listing Service. It helps keep buyers and sellers aware of the market. If a seller is looking to sell their home, it even offers a "Redfin Estimate" that is usually very close or spot on for the accurate value. I am a Realtor with another brokerage and have to say that Redfin's app is unmatched so far.

    Cons: I really can't think of a con for this app. So far, it has all the features that someone would need. The only con that I can say some clients haven't liked for the brokerage is that you sign up with one Redfin Realtor but it's transactional so you'll work with different people throughout the transaction.

    Overall: Overall, I love this app myself and can see other brokerages trying to figure out how Redfin did it. Best real estate app thus far.
