"Recruitee has a good system for capturing and solving problems"
Posted 2021-03-29Pros: The program provides full customization of your Dashboard, and is excellent for managing interview processes and contacting candidates. It has good contingency processing, making recruiting as professional as possible and each interview is customizable.
Cons: If we talk about the computer version, its performance leaves much to be desired due to its slowness. Although the usability and platform design can be customized, it is somewhat confusing and complicated to use. Similarly, it does not have an analysis and verification of personal references, so the interviews are not so reliable.
Overall: Recruitee has proven to be a good quality program and is highly recommended. Although it has good tools for recruiting talent and scheduling interview schedules, it could be improved by providing options to improve the ability to post job offers, or to work with references.

"Recruitee remains in the first place as a platform for human talent"
Posted 2021-03-22Pros: The management of processes involving staffing is very professional within Recruitee, since Recruitee covers all contingency operations involving this area. For the execution of analytical operations that require personal references (during job interviews) it has a good design.
Cons: Because it does not have a good portal for job candidates to take care of their own service, the platform makes us too dependent on the human talent department. When it comes to reviewing job offers, Recruitee does not have such extensive or updated listings to be able to contact all the people we need to work with.
Overall: Recruitee shows a complete understanding of the paradigm of employee hiring processes. It is excellent to be able to use it to create notes on recruiting processes from email, or to report on job orders coming into the department, and interviews being conducted online and by phone calls.
