Independent recruiters and boutique agencies using Taluate see 40% fewer fallouts — and their clients stop second-guessing the hire. Taluate is a competency-based reference assessment platform that gives recruiters something no one else in the hiring process can offer: structured, evidence-backed insight into how a candidate actually works — before the offer goes out. Instead of chasing informal references or defending a shortlist on gut feel alone, Taluate structures the entire reference process. Competency-based assessment feedback is collected automatically (or manually), scored against our Taluate Hiring Competency Index (THCI™) framework, and delivered as a defensible candidate report hiring managers can actually use to make a decision with confidence. The recruiters who use it don't just submit candidates. They submit proof. Result: Fewer surprises at offer time, stronger submissions, and clients who keep coming back because you're the recruiter providing certainty.
