Pros: I like to use reports that are amazing to reconcile the data.
Cons: I don't like aging reports. when I pull out the report they also show the paid claims.
Overall: Overall it's good software for therapy services.

Pros: There are many pros to Raintree. Automation is one of the best parts about it as a front end user. It automatically sends Evals, Re-evals, and Discharges to the Referring Dr. Faxing is very easy within the system. Scheduling has many great features including the Block Scheduling feature, which allows you to schedule patients far in advance with just a few clicks.
Cons: One con to Raintree is, because there are so many cool features it can take some time to learn and remember how to use all of the features.
Overall: My experience with Raintree has been very good. I prefer Raintree over our previous EMR software by a large margin. Mainly due to how many things you can do within Raintree.

Pros: The components that are typically add-ons for competing products were all built intentionally by/for Raintree making their communication and integration a breeze and natural, not cumbersome or difficult.
Cons: There are really no cons that come to mind, the process for submitting suggestions or support that is available has handled any issues since we began implementing.
Overall: This saves our clinician's time, keeping them happy and efficient/productive. The back-end reporting and possibilities in terms of business analytics is also superior to competing products.

Pros: Comprehensive and flexible.
The engineers work with us to make customizations to meet our needs perfectly.Cons: It is an electronic health record so it is a lot (like all EHRs).
Overall: We have worked with Raintree Systems for more than 15 years and I highly endorse this product. We have staff with varying degrees of IT comfort and all are able to complete their work easily and quickly.

Pros: I have been with RT for 18 years now I first worked with a company that had the executive RT system and I loved it you could customize anything you could imagine! The new company I am with is not with the executive plan BUT you still can submit all your ideas on their idea page if they are not implemented yet and will be worked on to add to RT. Every week I attend the RT Live Webinar where they have training on existing and new additions to the RT system as well as the new implementations they added from the ideas page. I learn something new every day even while being with them for 18 years! Best system hands down! I also love the fact that RT has an F1 information page with training and videos. I really love that RT will do personal zoom training with us if we have extra questions or need help with a new setup within our system.
Cons: When new ideas are suggested it is frustrating that it takes longer to implement into the system especially coming from the executive package where which was more advanced and ahead and already has customizations the normal packages don't and some RT staff have never heard of.
Overall: I 100% love RT. I have worked with other systems at other companies and they are too complicated with unnecessary steps and too complicated/"busy"... RT is clean-cut to the point and easy to learn quickly!!! Definitely recommend RT to all businesses! Best system I've worked with and was extremely happy that I have the privilege to work with it again with my new PT job.

Pros: It's a robust system that allows a company to have access to needed reports for assessing the status of their company.
Cons: Customer support has decreased over the last year. The system is very complex and can be overwhelming. The system can be expensive compared to other systems.
Overall: My initial experience was better than it is now and the support used to be the one thing I loved about Raintree and now it's the thing I dislike the most.

Pros: Ease of system for documentation once you are fluent in the system and reporting available for all areas of needs.
Cons: Customer service has been poor lately. Phone calls are not returned and cases are closed quickly.
Overall: Raintree onboarding was a lot of time and effort. Zarah was wonderful and she continues to be! She is often the person that picks up the phone and helps.

Pros: Raintree is a great company that has developed a user-friendly, intuitive, and customizable EMR that has been a game changer for our company. It has improved our billing, communication with patients, and the documentation our therapists produce. It is an all-in-one scheduler, biller, and electronic health record.
Cons: The ledger and remittance settings can be a little bit difficult to set up, but once we figured it out it worked well.
Overall: Raintree has been an excelled EMR for the needs of our pediatric therapy clinic. We highly recommend it!

Pros: User friendly once you are used to the system, they are always updating features to make things streamlined. I love that they take ideas and make them work in the system, I've never worked with a company that is so on top of what their clients need.
Cons: The reports can be difficult to navigate, but with help and F1 it is manageable.
Overall: Overall I love the system and all the updates they are working on! Everything is easy to find and use. I also love the shortcut keys and I've them regularly.

Pros: Customer service is always helpful in answering my questions and helping with the things I don't understand.
Cons: Wish the help function was easier to understand. Sometimes changes are made to the software in weekly updates that I am not a fan of.
Overall: We have had Raintree for about 10 years so something must work for us :) For the most part user friendly.

Pros: User Friendly. Most reports provide the information that I need. It has a lot of feature that our practice uses.
Cons: Payment posting is a bit of a chore. RT only allows 2 emails to be associated when opening a case and we have more than 2 people that need access.
Overall: Sine I have been using Raintree it has progressed and more features have been added that help with my part of the business.

Pros: Raintree has the best automation, reporting, and billing solutions on the market. The value add to our organization is outstanding.
Cons: Raintree is a very powerful platform, however some of the screens need some updating from a visual perspective.

Pros: Patient (and potential patient) outreach is really customizable. Really the whole program is customizable to fit practice. The metrics reporting and authorization monitoring and control are so much better than our last EHR. We also can use chrome books for all the clinical staff which ends up being really cost effective with a low IT burden.
Cons: It's a really powerful software but that that meant there was a lot to learn during implementation.
Overall: Takes a while to get to that expert user level but it's a software that can fit all needs and be as powerful as you learn to use it. We are in growth mode and do our own billing so we needed something that was fully integrated, really scalable, and had a lot of outreach tools. It definitely checked those boxes for us.
