Pros: Reports are great, and Roller are open to generating new reports to suit our needs. Getting support, and ordering replacement products is straight-forward and convenient.
Cons: Some of the reports are superfluous to our needs and can therefore get confusing to know which report is best to use in certain situations.
Overall: Getting support is always easy. On the whole Roller is a very user-friendly platform and great for generating stats for our company.

Pros: I enjoy how easy it is to create and edit products across all venues. We currently have 13 venues, and making pricing changes, product changes, or anything is VERY easy. You do it in one place, and it makes its way to all the venues.
It is very easy to use and has great support. The support team and managers are very helpful, and they care.
I really enjoy how fast things develop and move, and how much say we have as customers in new features.Cons: I would say that being an alternative company that operates a little differently, it does make it challenging sometimes to get the features to work in our favour.
Overall: I think the implementation was very smooth. The teams helping us get up and running were great. Once again, the support ROLLER has is wonderful.

Pros: Great support getting you set up or helping with any issues that arise. Great for ticketing/shop tills, great ease with the use of QR's and easy flow from purchase to end for the customer.
Cons: when it comes to the accounting side and looking at your weekly takings, you need to use a number of reports to get the information required, rather than being able to look at one report. The set-up isn't the easiest, but there is support to help.
Overall: Roller has been a great platform for us, especially when it comes to ticketing and tills. The QR system works brilliantly, making the customer journey smooth from purchase right through to entry. The support team are always helpful, whether you're getting set up or dealing with any issues along the way.

The setup process can be a bit complex, but the assistance provided makes it manageable. The main drawback is on the accounting side — you often need to pull multiple reports to get a full picture of your weekly takings, rather than having everything in one place. It also is a bit pricey. Overall, though, it’s a strong system with reliable support and excellent customer-facing features. -

Pros: One of our faves is the ease of use on the customer side to sign waivers and register for events, Open Play, birthday parties, and more online!
Cons: I wouldn't say there are really cons. It is simply a different program that one must learn to be able to effectively use it.
Overall: Overall, Roller is a great product and is recommended for anyone who has an indoor playground of any size. The customer service is also top notch!

Pros: I’ve been using the Roller system for 5 years now and it has never disappointed! It is so easy to use, which makes training new users a breeze. It maintains a large volume of information for our property which is communicated almost instantly upon customer completion. All of that comes with extremely reasonable monthly pricing. would strongly recommend this product to anyone.!
Cons: Honestly I have no complaints at all about the system.
Overall: I am very happy with this system on terms of ease of use, reliability and pricing. I would not even consider changing systems.

Pros: It just works. Very reliable system that takes a lot of hassle of managing the day to day operations of a leisure venue.
Cons: I would love to have a variety of payment providers integrated which as my previous payment provider is a lot cheaper.
Overall: Overall it is a easy to use system that is reliable and functions how you intended it to. Roller fix any issues very quickly.

Pros: Quick response from the team and very helpful!
Process was very smooth and easy, Kevin was amazing on the day we went live, we had problems with the internet but he managed to get us live with hotspot and made sure everything was running smoothly.Cons: Nothing that I can think of, it took us 6 weeks for the transition but I guess it was due to the holidays.
Overall: I wanted to take a moment to commend your outstanding customer service. Megan, Marko, Jamie, Kevin, Mason and their team went above and beyond to assist us with onboarding, and their professionalism, patience, and attention to detail made all the difference. It's rare to encounter such thoughtful and helpful service, and I truly appreciate the effort that was made to ensure my experience was positive. Thank you for having such a dedicated team!

Pros: I’ve been using ROLLER now for a little over 9years in the FEC business. The amount of flexibility Roller has provides when creating products, editing scheduling for check-in times and the value it has added for our guest. With this platform being so user and guest friendly it has tremendously improved our guest experience.
Cons: I don’t like that ROLLER isn’t integrated with more time and attendance platforms. I would really love to track my labor in real time but am not able to do so at this time.
Overall: I would and do recommend ROLLER to a lot of the clients I speak with. After using other POS systems ROLLER is in my opinion the leader of the pack!

Pros: The ability to have a POS and self service Kiosks. The opportunity for upsells.
Low card processing costs.Cons: Lots of bugs.
Constant issues with blocked of capacity appearing in different times and places than that they were applied for. Roller support has witnessed but a fix has not been forthcoming for months.
Inadequate flexibility for slots for events. Custom bookings for corporates requiring alternative timings is a logistical fight and no easy way exists to do so.
As an escape room company, the control of staff assigned to bookings is wholly inadequate. Pur scheduling managers lose days every week just upkeeping the system to prevent roller from selling slots we can't staff.
Reporting too rigid, allowing only for preset reports of which none suit my needs.
Booking overviews always require clicking into to see basic information.
Support generally unhelpful and no resolutions.
Functionality is limited.
Unintuitive interfaces.Overall: Probably one of the biggest regrets within our business has been switching to Roller.

Pros: I like the wide range of functions roller has to offer, from scheduling to stock management and memberships. Roller has almost everything I need.
Cons: Sometimes scheduling sessions can be a bit difficult.
Overall: I'm happy with the product, once I got over the initial learning curve it has been great and very useful.

Cons: The support is lacking- often we are ourselves know more than the support team.

Pros: I have been using roller for the past 3years now and will likely use it for a long time. very easy to understand the mode of operations.
Cons: Some of the things i have seen in roller is that, it lacks some features compared to some applications that i have used for years.
I will request to have a team in place that will respond to the challenges of users faster and update some features which i will say them upon request.Overall: However, I love it and recommend it for smaller industries with fewer products.

Pros: User friendly booking system, good reports and updating prices etc is also easy. Good processes can be created from using the POS and app.
Cons: Notes don't attach to receipt/booking from POS to App. Ie, when taking a misc amount, you usually need to add a note, we enter invoice numbers for large payments, these don't always print on the receipt but also don't show in the app when checking records etc.
Calendar set up, doesn't allow bookings on either side of a booking to open up. IE we have slots every hour from 10am - 5pm. If a booking is made for 12pm we prefer that the 11am and 1pm slots were left open and the other slots were closed out until the 11am and 1pm slots received a booking. So when the 1pm slot is taken, the 2pm slot then opens up etc.Overall: Enjoy the software and POS system is good quality and easy to use. I think some user friendly updates or easier ways to view some pages would be awesome but otherwise, capable of doing most things. It would be awesome, if you were able to view the daily bookings calendar on the POS machine so staff knew what was coming up for the day without having a print out. But do enjoy using the system.
