RI-TOOL is a multi-tenant SaaS platform built for reinsurance professionals to document, structure, and formalize treaty clauses. Each clause is modeled as a directed acyclic graph (DAG) of operands — enabling precise, machine-readable formalization of complex contractual logic that spreadsheets cannot provide.
The platform covers the full reinsurance workflow across 9 specialist roles: clause drafting (Junior underwriter), validation (Senior underwriter), actuarial formalization (Actuary), exposure graph modeling (Risk Modeler), contract instantiation (Manager), and statement-of-account production (SOA Senior / SOA Junior).
Each tenant receives an isolated workspace pre-loaded with a seed library: standard clauses, primitive DAG graphs (LEGO Bricks), and SOA templates covering Profit Commission, Loss Participation, and more. A 298-term multilingual RI glossary is included in 14 languages (EN FR DE ES IT PT NL PL JA AR KO ZH TR HE). Documents are stored with AES-256-GCM encryption.
