Pros: Easy to use and expand internal database of experts. We help companies to gain perfect candidates and we needed a fast and perfectly working software.

Cons: Sometimes ATS didn't work with Linkedin API but it is much better now.

Overall: System Recru suits us and is great to use it with GDPR rules in Europe. Fast onboarding and native to search in the database.

Pros: We have been using RECRU for over 5 years. The system has made it a lot easier for us to keep track of our selection procedures. We appreciate that we can prepare a job offer in RECRU and then advertise it on many different job portals or our website. As soon as candidates apply, they are automatically added to our database and we can communicate with them in a fast and easy way. With the LinkedIn plugin, we can quickly find out which candidates we already have in our database and also add jobseekers directly from LinkedIn with a single click. RECRU also offers many different kinds of reports, so we get a well-arranged overview of the costs for our selection procedures, performance of our recruiters, etc.

Cons: Throughout all the years that we have been using RECRU, everything has been working pretty smoothly so we can't complaint. If we ever came across any issue, it was solved very quickly due to great communication with the customer support.

Overall: RECRU has many progressive AI features, that I have not seen anywhere else. Great value for the money, highly recommended!
