QuoteSooner is web-based quoting software for CNC job shops. Estimators can add customer drawings, 3D models, and RFQ text, then review extracted part details alongside the source page and excerpt supporting each value. The workflow flags missing, uncertain, or conflicting information for human review before a quote can be sent. Shops can configure machine and labor rates, compare estimates with prior pricing, and allocate setup costs across quantity breaks while keeping outside services and other charges separate. Teams can manage RFQs, prepare and send quotes from a connected shop email account, automate follow-ups, and let buyers review and accept quotes online, including entering a purchase order number. QuoteSooner supports QuickBooks Online and can import historical quotes from other systems. It is not an instant-quoting or CAM system, an ERP, or a tool for ITAR-controlled work.
