QuoteLasso is a web-based estimate follow-up tool for small contractors, including roofers, painters, remodelers, and landscapers. Users can forward or BCC an estimate email, enter an estimate manually, or import estimates from a CSV file. The service schedules a three-message follow-up sequence, with default sends 2, 5, and 10 days after an estimate is sent; users can customize the message templates and send messages manually instead of enabling automatic delivery. On paid plans and during the 14-day trial, follow-ups can be sent automatically. When a customer replies, QuoteLasso forwards the response to the user's inbox and stops the remaining scheduled follow-ups. Follow-up emails include an opt-out link. QuoteLasso focuses on estimate follow-up rather than CRM pipelines or reporting.
