    Cons: None that we know of at this time - we moved over to Queue-Fair due to escalating costs from our previous provider and can report no downsides with that decision

Our company has used outsourced queue systems for many years but only require them on an ad hoc, time to time, basis.     Cons: Some of our end users don't like the experience of being placed in a queue or waiting room, , but that's not really the products fault.

    Overall: We have an event ticketing website which works great, but we have a couple of "scarcity events" where demand for tickets at the time they go on sale is tremendous. Our server wasn't keeping up. By using Queue-Fair we were able to keep the load on our server to a level that we could handle and the on-sale events have gone much smoother than they would have otherwise.
