About QualTrack
QualTrack is a cloud-based workforce ticket and training compliance application for UK construction, utilities and civil engineering contractors. It stores operative qualifications, card details, certificate images and training records in individual passports, and checks records against the tickets and mandatory training assigned to each job role to show site-clearance status. QR-coded site cards let supervisors or client inspectors check an operative’s current status on a phone. The system sends email and text reminders before tickets and training expire, supports renewal course bookings and a training matrix, and lets teams import existing spreadsheets. Contractors can export records or share time-limited, access-controlled pre-start packs with clients. Role- and department-based permissions separate records by team. Data is hosted in London; plans are priced by active operative count.
